Art Terms of ServiceBelow is a small, simple version of my art Terms of Service (TOS). If you have any questions, read the longer version that follows for more in-depth explanations and reasoning. It may answer your question! If you have questions beyond that, feel free to contact me.

1.0 EXTENDED (ext.) - PAYMENT AND COMMISSIONING INFO
- 1.1 (ext.) PayPal is my main method of payment, but if needed, I can find something else that works for you in terms of payment. Please send through the Buyer's/Seller's option when using PayPal.
- 1.2 (ext.) I may not accept all commissions and I may not always provide a reason. If you have not received a reply, just assume I have not accepted your commission until you receive one saying that I have.
- 1.3 (ext.) Please do not send me any form of payment without waiting for me to tell you to just in case I do not accept your commission or other issues arise.
- 1.4 (ext.) You will be asked to pay beforehand so it can motivate me to finish your commission faster and prevent scams. If you are afraid of me scamming you, look at my over five-year-old account and zero call-out posts. You are free to speak with past customers of mine too, of course. I am trustworthy, do not worry! If you still are not convinced, however, I am sorry, but I will not accept your commission.
- 1.5 (ext.) Prices may always vary on pose, design complexity, etcetera.
- 1.6 (ext.) If there are small changes you would like for me to make, feel free to ask, although I may not always accept. (I usually do, though.) If you are truly not satisfied, you may ask for me to redo it with your major changes, but it might cost you a fee depending on the issue.
- 1.7 (ext.) I am a full-time college student with a part-time job outside of freelancing. I have a busy life. Therefore, these commissions may take a bit longer than expected or may be canceled because I do not have the time or motivation to finish it anymore. However, this does not happen very often, so you need not to worry about this too much. In these cases, you will typically get a full refund.
- 1.8 (ext.) If you wish to cancel a commission, you may not get a full refund depending on what I have completed so far. If I have already done quite a bit, you will most likely be able to see what I have completed so far for your personal use.
- 1.9 (ext.) If it has been too long without an update, feel free to bother me about it. I will not strangle you! Communication is key.
2.0 EXTENDED (ext.) - WHAT I CAN AND CAN NOT DO
2.1 (ext.) You may ask for anything that is not listed for a price! If you ask, I will tell you whether or not I can do it, give you a quote, and all of that other good stuff. If I or someone else has done something similar to your request before, feel free to send me some examples of what you are looking for!
2.2 (ext.) Yes, I can do more than just cats and dogs! Let me know what animal it is and I will see if it is doable. I would love to get something strange because I love studying the anatomy of new creatures! This includes original or "closed" species and even humans! I am just not very practiced in them at this time being because I only typically draw myself when it comes to humans. I can do bipedal anthro animals as well. If you would like for me to draw your character in a bipedal anthro style, you must specify what style you want because I draw them in a few different ways that vary greatly from one another. This includes digitigrade, where the animal stands on two animal-like legs with very paw-like hands and feet; plantigrade, where the animal is standing on two human-like legs with human-like hands; Zootopia-esque, like digitigrade but the animals are flat-footed; and more. (You can see what I am talking about here.)
2.3 (ext.) I can draw fandom characters similarly to or in their respective show styles, but the prices for these may vary. Do not be afraid to ask me about this because they're great learning experiences!

3.0 EXTENDED (ext.) - WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN NOT DO
3.1 (ext.) Please do not make edits to my work without asking first. If something is off, you can always ask me to change it as well. If you do not currently own any of the characters depicted in the image, the answer is a strict no.
3.2 (ext.) If you asked and I gave explicit permission, please only edit what we agreed on and do not change everything about it.
3.3 (ext.) Do not claim my work to be created by you or anybody else but myself.
3.4 (ext.) You may not re-post my work anywhere without my say-so. If you do not currently own any of the characters depicted in the image, the answer is a strict no.
3.5 (ext.) If you do get permission to re-post the original artwork, you must give me credit by mentioning my username (@deervenom/@DEERVEN0M) and provide an easily seen and accessible link to the original art piece in the description/bio of your post or on the image itself if there is nowhere else it could be put. If there is no original post of your image, the situation will be dealt with as it comes up.
